Northern Uganda holds some of the country’s most striking landscapes and least-told stories the Nile cutting through Murchison Falls National Park, the Acholi sub-region’s slow return to cultural confidence, the trading towns of West Nile along the Congo and South Sudan borders, the plains of Lango, and the semi-arid highlands of Karamoja, home to Kidepo Valley National Park. Most travel platforms treat this region as a side trip from the south. Northern Pride treats it as the destination.
