How long does delivery take?
Kampala and Wakiso orders arrive the same day or the next day. Other towns take 2 to 4 days by courier or bus. Upcountry delivery is arranged for every order.
Can I request a custom scent or design?
Yes. Tell us the scent notes, colours, or size you want and we will craft it for you. Custom orders may take a little longer than ready-made items.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept mobile money and bank transfer. Payment details are shared once your order is confirmed.
How strong is the scent throw?
Our candles and diffusers are made for a gentle, lasting fragrance that fills a room without being overpowering. Let us know if you prefer a lighter or stronger scent.
How do I care for my candle or crochet piece?
Trim the candle wick before each use and burn on a flat surface. Hand wash crochet items gently and dry flat to keep their shape.
Do you take bulk or wedding orders?
Yes, we handle bulk orders for weddings, corporate gifting, and events. Please order at least two weeks ahead for large quantities.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a fair solution.
